QCR Holdings is looking for an AVP, Enterprise Risk Management to join our Risk Management team! This individual will be responsible for the supervision of the enterprise risk management and SOX related projects and processes for QCR Holdings, Inc, and its subsidiaries. Preferred location for this position is in Moline, Illinois, however, candidates from our existing markets will be considered.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, five years of banking experience, preferably in internal control and risk management areas, obtain a strong understanding of internal controls in an FI environment with a good understanding of operations, ability to manage multiple roles and projects, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and must be detail oriented. Project management skills are also needed, as well as both oral and written interpersonal communication skills.
