QCR Holdings is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Human Resources team!  The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing from beginning to end the biweekly payroll for QCR Holdings and its subsidiary banks (approximately 800 employees).  This individual is also responsible for reconciling and verifying tax returns and W-2's for accuracy, understanding the General Ledger system and ensuring accuracy of GL, preparing all payroll entries for the GL, assisting in pulling data for required audits, and preparing Compensation Surveys annually.  

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or have equivalent work experience, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and payroll software, a strong understanding of federal and multi-state tax and payroll laws, be proficient in Excel, extremely detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once on a regular basis, and posess strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.  This individual must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
